Service Delivery Policy

This Service Delivery Policy describes how Business Help Services delivers GST consultancy and assistance services purchased through this website, the timelines you can reasonably expect, and the dependencies that may affect delivery.

1. Scope of Delivery

We provide private consultancy and assistance for GST registration, return filing, amendments, LUT registration, GST cancellation, and notice reply. We are not a government department and do not issue any government certificate ourselves.

2. Delivery Channels

  • All deliverables (e.g. acknowledgement copies, ARN, GSTIN certificate, filing acknowledgements) are shared electronically to the email and / or WhatsApp number you provide.
  • Status updates are also shared by phone where required.
  • We do not deliver any physical document by post.

3. Standard Turn-Around Time

  • Lead acknowledgement: within 1 working day.
  • Application drafted and OTP-verification scheduled: 1–3 working days after we receive complete and correct documents.
  • GSTIN issuance: typically 3–7 working days from submission, subject to GSTN / officer processing and any clarifications raised by the department.
  • Return filing: completed on or before the statutory due date, provided complete data is received from you at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Other services: timeline is communicated case-by-case before payment.

4. Customer Dependencies

Delivery timelines are dependent on you providing complete, legible and accurate KYC documents, business proofs, OTPs and clarifications on time. Delays caused by incomplete information, mismatched details, Aadhaar e-KYC failures or department queries are outside our control.

5. Government Processing Time

Final processing, approval, rejection or query of any GST application rests solely with the GST officer / GSTN portal. We have no influence on the government's internal review timelines.

6. Communication of Delays

If a delivery cannot be completed within the indicated timeline, we will inform you in writing along with the reason and a revised expected date.

7. Refunds for Non-Delivery

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Government fees, if any, are non-refundable.
