- Users may choose to access such services directly through official portals at any time.

10. Service Initiation
Service activities commence after successful payment confirmation and/or receipt of required information, documents, OTPs, Aadhaar authentication confirmations or verification details from the user.
11. Refund & Cancellation Clarification
Refund eligibility is governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain services become partially or fully non-refundable once consultation begins, resources are allocated, documentation handling starts or GST application activity commences.
