Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made to Business Help Services for consultancy, coordination, documentation support, facilitation, communication handling, processing assistance and related professional services in relation to GST registration and compliance.

By using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this policy along with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. Nature of Services

  • We are a private consultancy and assistance service provider — not affiliated with CBIC, GSTN, the GST Department or any government authority.
  • Our services are consultancy and assistance-based and are delivered through operational effort, expertise, coordination and professional support.
  • We do not guarantee GSTIN allotment, approval, certificate issuance, eligibility confirmation or any specific outcome.
  • Service timelines depend on accuracy of information, your cooperation, Aadhaar authentication, verification requirements and GSTN portal availability.
  • All fees paid are towards consultancy and assistance services rendered, irrespective of final approval or outcome.

2. Cancellation Request Procedure

Send a cancellation request in writing from your registered email to help@businesshelpservices.com including:

  • Full Name, Registered Mobile and Email
  • Order / Application Number and Payment Reference Number
  • Reason for cancellation request

3. Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellation may be considered only before substantial operational activity has commenced. It will not be accepted once any of the following has started:

  • Consultation or expert guidance has been provided
  • Documentation handling or review has started
  • Aadhaar authentication or verification coordination has been initiated
  • Operational coordination with GSTN has commenced
  • GST application has been substantially prepared or filed

4. Situations Where Refund May Not Apply

  • Change of mind after payment
  • User voluntarily deciding not to continue
  • Failure to provide documents, OTPs, authentication or verification details
  • Non-response or delayed response
  • Services already substantially performed or filed
  • Rejection by GSTN, jurisdictional officer or other government systems due to eligibility or verification
  • Incorrect or inaccessible contact details
  • Misunderstanding of service scope or timelines after payment
  • Technical, server or portal interruptions beyond our control

5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, where applicable, is governed strictly by this policy. Submission of a refund request does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Each request is evaluated independently based on operational records, applicable policies and service activity history.

6. Limited Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Unintentional duplicate payment for the same service
  • Technical duplicate transaction caused by banking or payment gateway issues

7. Deductions on Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances:

  • Payment gateway, banking and transaction charges may be deducted
  • Operational, processing or administrative charges may be deducted
  • A processing / operational deduction of up to ₹300 may apply where activity has already commenced
  • GST already deposited or payable may not be refundable

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are ordinarily processed within 7–15 working days and credited to the original payment method, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

9. Communication Requirement

You are responsible for monitoring your registered email and mobile for verification, clarification and operational updates. Failure to respond within reasonable timelines may lead to processing delays, operational closure or refund/cancellation ineligibility.

10. External Dependency

Services depend on the GST portal, Aadhaar authentication, PAN database, payment networks and other third-party systems. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions or rejections beyond our reasonable control.

11. Company's Right to Suspend or Cancel

We reserve the right to suspend, reject, discontinue or cancel any order in situations involving incorrect or misleading information, non-cooperation, suspected fraud, misuse, inappropriate conduct or compliance requirements. Refund eligibility, if any, is determined strictly by this policy.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions or policy changes, technical/server failures, internet interruptions, GSTN portal failures, legal restrictions or third-party disruptions. Such situations ordinarily do not qualify for refund eligibility.

13. Final Authority

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund/cancellation requests, determine eligibility, determine applicable deductions, and interpret and apply this policy. Our decision is based on operational records, applicable policies and compliance requirements.
