1. Acknowledgement of Private Consultancy

• I understand that Business Help Services is a private consultancy and assistance service provider.
• It is not a government body and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or associated with CBIC, GSTN, the GST Department or any government authority.
• Charges collected on this website are consultancy and assistance service fees only — not statutory GST fees.
• GST registration and related services are independently available on the official portal at gst.gov.in.

2. Consent for Information Submission

• I voluntarily submit my personal, business and KYC information for the purpose of receiving consultancy and assistance with my GST application or compliance request.
• I authorise Business Help Services to use this information for service processing, verification coordination, customer support and related professional assistance.
• I understand that only the last four digits of my Aadhaar are retained on the company's servers; the full Aadhaar number is used only for authentication coordination as required.

3. Consent for OTP & Authentication Inputs

• Where I voluntarily share OTPs, authentication confirmations or verification inputs, I acknowledge that these are shared by my own choice for the limited purpose of completing my requested GST service.
• I understand that such authentication is required by GSTN and government portals and is not controlled by Business Help Services.
• I will not hold the company responsible for any technical, verification or portal-related issues that occur during authentication.

4. Consent for Communication

• I consent to receive service-related communication via email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls on the contact details I have provided.
• I understand that operational communication is necessary even if I have registered on Do-Not-Disturb lists.
• I will keep my contact details up to date and check spam/promotion folders regularly.

5. Acknowledgement of Service Nature

• I understand that consultancy services do not guarantee approval, GSTIN allotment, certificate issuance, eligibility confirmation, specific timelines or any particular outcome.
• Final outcomes depend on GSTN, the GST portal, Aadhaar authentication, jurisdictional GST officers and accuracy of information I have provided.
• I will not hold the company responsible for delays, rejections or outcomes arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Acknowledgement of Charges

• I have reviewed the charges displayed on the payment page and have voluntarily accepted them before completing payment.
• I understand that government fees, statutory levies and third-party charges (if any) are separate and remain my responsibility.
• Payment gateway, banking and convenience fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.
