  • We do not guarantee approval, registration, allotment of GSTIN, issuance of any certificate, eligibility confirmation, specific timelines or any particular outcome.
  • Final processing, verification and issuance depends on GSTN, jurisdictional GST officers, Aadhaar authentication, portal availability and accuracy of information you provide.
  • Any timelines shared are indicative only and may vary based on operational, verification and portal-related factors.

4. Payment & Service Clarification

  • Payments are towards consultancy and assistance fees only — not statutory GST fees.
  • Government fees and statutory levies, where applicable, remain the responsibility of the user.
  • Exact charges and the final payable amount are displayed on the payment / checkout page before payment confirmation.
  • By completing payment you confirm that you have voluntarily reviewed and accepted the charges displayed.

5. Communication Notice

All official communication is ordinarily made through your registered email, WhatsApp or phone. Please monitor your registered channels regularly for service updates, clarification, verification requirements and confirmations.

7. Refund & Cancellation Notice
